How to make Dahi Sev Puri

Preparation time:15 minutes



  1. Fried puris or ready-made puris
  2. 2 Boiled potatoes
  3. 1 medium chopped onion
  4. 1 small chopped tomato
  5. Yogurt
  6. 2 table spoons Red chilli sauce
  7. 2 table spoons Green chilli sauce
  8. Sev for garnishing
  9. 5 table spoons Tamarind- jaggery chutney
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Black salt
  12. Roasted cummin powder
  13. Salt as needed


  1. Dice up boiled potatoes.
  2. Whisk yogurt until it’s smooth.
  3. Take a serving plate.
  4. Put puris on the plate.
  5. Put the diced potatoes on puris.
  6. Spread a layer of chopped onions over potatoes.
  7. Top it with another layer of chopped tomatoes.
  8. Layer the whipped yogurt over the mixture.
  9. Add red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce on the top of hill!
  10. Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, salt and roasted cummin powder
  11. Garnish with Sev.

    Get Ready to eat the yummy spicy dish full of flavours!!
    Do prepare this as snacks. And enjoy your evening.

    Yeah! I cook once or twice in a month,that too snacks,
